HEYA!! since deviantART eclipse is now mandatory, I thought I'd give y'all the scoop!! >:3 in short- i do not plan on leaving deviantART. I don't like eclipse, but I've basically grown up on dA for the past 7-8 years, so I don't see why this should change that. that being said- I do dislike eclipse being forced onto deviantART members; dA is a user-driven platform, and implementing such a drastic change that effects all users doesn't make sense to me. this coupled with complaints that deviantART's new layout is less intuitive, less "deviantART", and seems to be ripping off other websites like ArtStation. I don't see why deviantART has to change, let alone so drastically and without giving us options. the new layout is more ""modern"", yes, but it's less user-friendly, and more alienating. I don't like eclipse, and I digress, but I will be staying on deviantART! (unfortunately for you, I was forced to sign a warrant when I joined dA that said I will never ever be able to leave
